I grew up in the Portland area and have lived in nearly every quadrant of the city. After buying my first home I created a “Kate’s Guide to Buying a Home” for my friends and family that soon lead to my career change into real estate. After five outstanding years with the number one team in Prudential Portland area I
felt it was time to shift gears and get back to what I truly love which is helping both buyers and sellers through the whole process.
Allie started the conversation years ago and this spring the timing seemed right. This partnership has me doing what I love which is getting organized and helping clients! I am tackling much of the back end of the business handling systems, client management and transactions. I still work closely with buyers and sellers while Allie handles the consultations, showing homes and negotiations. Together we make an outstanding team! My office hours are 8 am to 4 pm at our SW Portland location.
Aside from real estate I have one handsome husband, two wonderful (hairy) pets, and a 1913 bungalow that loves attention!
